What we hold
Your registered bank account details for payouts, and a record of every transaction. That is what lets support trace a payment and what proves a settlement.

Rupees, Both Directions
Six ways to move money, all in rupees, none of them charging a platform fee. This page compares them in both directions at once — the step-by-step guides live on deposit and withdrawal.
Side by Side
A method that is quick to deposit with is not automatically quick to withdraw to. This is the only table on the site that shows both at once.
| Method | Deposit speed | Withdrawal speed | Minimums | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI | Seconds | Under 10 min | ₹100 in / ₹500 out | Works at 3am on a Sunday. The default for almost every Indian player |
| PhonePe | Seconds | Under 10 min | ₹100 in / ₹500 out | Same underlying rails as UPI, different app |
| Google Pay | Seconds | Under 10 min | ₹100 in / ₹500 out | Also UPI. Useful if your bank behaves better through one app than another |
| Paytm | Seconds | Under 10 min | ₹100 in / ₹500 out | Convenient when your money already sits in the Paytm ecosystem |
| Net banking | Usually instant | Up to an hour | ₹500 both ways | Tied to your bank's uptime, including its overnight maintenance window |
| IMPS / NEFT | Instant / up to 2 hrs | 30 min / up to 2 hrs | ₹500 both ways | IMPS runs 24x7; NEFT settles in batches during banking hours only |
Figures are indicative. Minimums and timings can change, and what your account displays at the moment of a transaction is what applies. Bank downtime affects NEFT and net banking considerably more than it affects UPI.

Who Sets the Ceiling
When a payment is refused, knowing which of these applied tells you whether to change app, change method, or wait until tomorrow.
| Limit | Set by | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Per-transaction UPI cap | NPCI, nationally | Commonly ₹1 lakh for this category, with higher ceilings for some others |
| Daily UPI limit | Your bank | Varies considerably between banks, and is often lower than the NPCI ceiling |
| New payee cooling period | Your bank | Many banks cap the first transfer to a newly added payee for the first day |
| Daily transaction count | Your bank | Some banks cap how many UPI transfers you can make in 24 hours, not just the value |
| Deposit limit on your account | You | Optional, set in account settings, and it overrides everything above |
| Daily withdrawal cap | FairPlay | Shown in your account. Support can review it if you regularly need more |
Four of the six come from your bank or NPCI. That is why a declined payment is usually nothing to do with your FairPlay account, and why trying a different UPI app linked to the same bank so often works — you are routing around one app's problem rather than around a block.
What We Hold
Worth being specific about, because two of these points are also the exact scripts fraudsters use.
Your registered bank account details for payouts, and a record of every transaction. That is what lets support trace a payment and what proves a settlement.
Your UPI PIN, your net banking password, and card details. The PIN is entered in your own bank app and never passes through this site.
Payment instructions move over an encrypted connection. What travels is an instruction to your bank, not your credentials.
Money comes in from an account in your name and goes out to an account in your name. That symmetry is the core of the protection.
No employee, agent or support agent will ever ask for a UPI PIN or a banking password. A request for either is fraud, without exception.
UPI only asks for a PIN when money is leaving your account. If somebody says you must enter a PIN to receive a payout, they are taking money, not sending it.

Ten years ago, funding a betting account from India meant cards that got declined, e-wallets nobody had heard of, and transfers that took days. The reason this platform can promise money in and out within minutes is not clever engineering on our side. It is that India built better payment rails than most of the world has.
Your UPI ID — the handle that looks like a name followed by a bank — is an address, not an account number. When you authorise a payment, your own app sends an instruction through NPCI's network to your bank, which moves the money. The merchant never sees your account number, and never sees your PIN.
That structure is why UPI deposits clear in seconds while a bank transfer waits for a batch, and why the PIN request always appears in your own app rather than on the site you are paying. If a PIN prompt ever appears anywhere else, something is badly wrong.
People ask regularly why they cannot use a Visa or Mastercard. The answer is that card networks and Indian issuers generally do not process real-money gaming transactions, so the option does not exist here rather than having been left out for some internal reason.
It is worth knowing because it is also a useful signal. Trying a different card will not help, and a site that offers card deposits for this category is doing something you should look at carefully before handing over a card number. UPI is faster than a card transaction would have been in any case.
Four of the six limits in the table above are set by your bank or by NPCI, not by FairPlay. Banks apply their own daily value caps, some cap the number of transactions per day, and many restrict the first payment to a newly added payee for 24 hours. Several run scheduled maintenance in the small hours.
So the sequence when something is refused is: try a different UPI app on the same account, then a different account if you have one, then a different method entirely, and only then assume something is wrong at this end. Most people do that in reverse and lose an evening to it.
Every balance here is denominated in Indian rupees, which sounds obvious and is not universal. Platforms that hold your money in another currency take a spread on the way in and again on the way out, and that cost is invisible because it is priced into the exchange rate rather than shown as a fee.
No conversion happens at any point on this site. What you deposit is what lands, and what you withdraw is what arrives — the only deductions that ever apply are ones your own bank charges or tax deducted under the rules explained on the withdrawal page.
The one limit on that list you control is the deposit limit in your account settings, and it overrides every other cap in both directions. It applies the instant you set it, while raising it takes a cooling-off period.
Given how frictionless UPI is — which is genuinely the point of this page — that friction is worth adding back deliberately. Responsible gaming explains each tool, and support will set one up on request. Payments are for verified account holders aged 18 and over.
FAQ
Methods, limits, fees and why cards are not on the list.
UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, net banking, IMPS and NEFT — all in Indian rupees, and all working in both directions. The four UPI-based routes are the fastest for deposits and withdrawals alike, which is why the overwhelming majority of Indian players use them and rarely touch anything else.
Card networks and Indian card issuers generally do not process payments for real-money gaming, so cards are not offered here rather than being an option we have chosen to leave out. It is not a limitation you can work around by trying a different card, and any site claiming otherwise is worth a second look. UPI is faster than a card would be anyway.
No platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, on any method. Nothing is deducted from what you send or what you request. Your own bank may charge for certain transfer types — IMPS and RTGS occasionally carry a small fee — while UPI transfers are normally free from the bank's side too.
Several caps apply and they come from different places. NPCI sets a national per-transaction UPI ceiling, your bank sets its own daily value and sometimes a daily count limit, and many banks restrict the first transfer to a newly added payee for the first 24 hours. On top of that, FairPlay applies a daily withdrawal cap, and you can set your own deposit limit which overrides everything else.
Your UPI PIN and net banking password never reach FairPlay — they are entered in your own bank or UPI app, which is the whole design of UPI. What we hold is your registered bank account for payouts and a record of each transaction, transmitted over an encrypted connection. Nobody from FairPlay will ever ask you for a PIN or a password.
Because money comes in from an account in your name and goes out to an account in your name, and that symmetry is what makes a stolen login worthless. It also means an account funded by somebody else cannot pay out to you, which is why third-party deposits have to be reversed rather than simply credited.
UPI, for almost everyone. It is instant inbound, fastest outbound, has the lowest minimum, carries no fee and works outside banking hours including on holidays. NEFT and RTGS only make sense for a single very large transfer, and net banking is worth having as a fallback for when your bank's UPI handle is having a bad evening.
Yes, as long as it is linked to a bank account in your own name. Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and your bank's own app all run on the same UPI rails, so switching apps is often the quickest fix when one of them is failing — the payment reaches the same place either way.
